The Story
Hey, I'm Ivelina.
And somehow… every woman in these photos is me.
Not different versions. Not contradictions. Just different roles, different rhythms, different parts of one life.

The woman the world sees.
The capable one. The polished one. The one who looks like she has it all together.

The woman behind the performance.
The quieter self. The one who goes home, exhales, and starts asking what any of this is really for.

The moment everything started to shift.
The part of me that realised success means very little if there is no space left to feel my own life.
Chapter one
From composure…to honesty.
This page is not here to prove anything. It is here to let you see a life that looks accomplished on the outside — and feels like it is asking for something deeper on the inside. Joy in motion.
The woman in meetings.
The woman walking through Canary Wharf looking composed.
The woman sitting at home thinking more honestly than she speaks out loud.
The woman who wants freedom without having to become someone else to earn it.
The woman learning that ambition and presence do not have to be enemies.
They're all me.
Just different moments of the same life — and the same quiet search for something more true.

Dog mum.
Softness. Play. Love. The part of life that has nothing to prove.

Joy in motion.
With my second rescued dog Peggy. The version of me that remembers life is meant to be lived, not only managed.

Off duty. Fully mine.
With my dog Milo. No inbox. No agenda. Just a lead in one hand and a life that finally feels like my own.
More than one role
Someone who loves beautiful notebooks, long walks, and asking questions that most people don't stop to ask.
And one day, I hope to be a wife and a present mum — the kind of mum who has the energy to truly listen, the time to be there, and the freedom to never feel like the best parts of life are happening while she's answering emails.
But for a very long time…
there was one role that quietly became bigger than all the others.
Corporate professional.
Without even noticing, my career slowly became the centre of my life.
Not because anyone told me it should. Because I genuinely loved building, learning and contributing.
I worked hard. I cared deeply. I gave it everything I had.
And for a while, that felt enough.

The quiet cost. Even when life looks fine from the outside, something inside can still whisper that there must be another way to live.
What the world saw
Polished. Promoted.Praised.
The tailored suit. The shiny building. The right title. The calm face in every meeting.
From the outside — a career anyone would be proud of.
On the inside — my soul and my wellbeing were shattered into a million pieces.
Every polished photo cost me something no promotion could ever return: my energy, my presence, my joy.
The images rotate. So did the days.

Canary Wharf. 8:47am.
Until one day
I had become incredibly successful at work…while becoming increasingly absent from my own life.
Not physically.
Mentally.
Emotionally.
I was always thinking about the next meeting. The next deadline. The next promotion. The next problem to solve.
I wasn't unhappy. But I wasn't truly present either.
And I remember thinking…
Surely this can't be the only definition of success.

The shift started quietly.
Not with a dramatic exit. With honesty. With a notebook. With better questions.
The shift
It wasn't the moment I quit my job.It wasn't the moment I started a business. It was something much smaller.
I decided to start being present for myself.
To stop rushing every moment.
To ask better questions.
To imagine a life where my career supported my life — instead of quietly becoming it.
That tiny shift changed everything.
That's why Beyond Employment exists
Not because I believe everyone should leave corporate.
But because I believe nobody should feel that their entire future depends on one employer.
I believe every professional deserves options.
I believe you've probably built far more value than you realise.
And I believe there is a different way to succeed professionally.
One that leaves room for your work… and your life.
I'm not here because I have all the answers.
I'm here because I started asking different questions — and they completely changed the direction of my life. If you're beginning to ask those same questions, I'd love to help you find your own answers.
